I had a lovely stay at Hotel Cristal! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the town center and a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist, making me feel very welcome. Breakfast was delightful with a variety of Italian sweets and even a vegan section, ensuring there was something for everyone.
Rooms were slightly small.

Excellent Lake View and Modern Amenities
We loved the spacious room that provided a stunning view of the lake, complete with a huge balcony furnished with comfy armchairs—a perfect spot to unwind. The modern decor and daily cleaning ensured everything felt fresh and inviting. Breakfast was delightful, but a few more vegetarian options would have been appreciated. our stay was fantastic, and we would love to return!

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome at times, which took a toll on my relaxation. The breakfast selections could be expanded. after a few days, it felt a bit monotonous and didn’t quite feature anything freshly prepared as I expected. And while the spa treatment was enjoyable, the pricing for hotel guests felt a mite high, which is a shame because it otherwise could be a go-to spot for unwinding.

i had a fantastic time at cristall! my previous stay in sirmione was great, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations. the room was modern and spotless, and the balcony view of the lake was astonishing!
the breakfast options could be more varied.

Couple Recommended Stay
The breakfast had a solid variety, with fresh pastries and kind staff ready to help. We also rented bikes for our stay, which was crucial since we weren't driving and it allowed us to explore this beautiful area easily while enjoying the view from our balcony! !
It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but still acceptable.

The Economy Double Room was super comfy with a big balcony that had a nice side view of the lake. The smart TV was awesome for streaming. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and the bed was really comfortable—slept great! Really enjoyed the terrace space too. But, breakfast could use a bit more variety, especially fresh veggies. parking spots were a bit scarce sometimes, but we managed. Still, loved my stay here!
